Business analysis and discovery
Participate in strategy, process definition, and functional design on the company´s projects
Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements, and write user stories that are easy for our business partners to understand and respond to
Map user stories and requirements to Salesforce functionality
Apply your understanding and experience with to solve business problems
Participate in integration design (jointly with SFDC Architect)
Establish and maintain relationships with the company´s business owners
Participate in conversations with business owners regarding ongoing enhancements
Participate in data migration planning
Maintain collaborative relationships with external vendors
Lead and/or participate in planning for system test and UAT
Assisting with end-user training and other change management exercises
Remain current with the periodic Salesforce releases
Identify and mitigate risks




Critical thinker – spots gaps; challenges assumptions; pushes back against incomplete or poor ideas; offers best-practices alternatives
Ability to “speak the language of the business” and be perceived as “their voice” in project discussions
Adhere to a “configuration before code” mindset to minimize cost and complexity while maximizing the maintainability of the company´s ’s SFDC instance
Ability to translate the needs and requirements of business owners into user stories via focused interviews and workshops
Minimum 3 years of experience functioning as a Salesforce business analyst or consultant
Self-starter with an ability to take initiative and “hit the ground running”
Detailed knowledge of Salesforce architecture
Strong ability to configure the Salesforce application
Salesforce certifications: Administrator and either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
Experience working in an Agile or “modified-Agile” environment
Knowledge of the software business and associated processes is a plus
Understanding and experience in Project Management discipline preferred
Understanding of data and data migration methodologies
