Shipping and Logistics:
Responsible for the logistic and operational coordination of the shipping, and transportation of the goods (RD).
- Coordinate the preparation and review of shipping documents and its delivery to final customer.
- Assist and provide guidance to suppliers and customers with the documental process.
- Keep abreast of international trading legislation to facilitate in an effective manner imports and export.
- Manage Logistic claims from customers in liaison with the Risk management team, Quality Assurance (Technical Team), and Sales Managers.
- Maintain shipping and logistics records and databases.
Customer Service:
Responsible to coordinate all the documental aspects of the commercial and operational activity to ensure the effective and efficient administration of the commercial contracts:
- Issue and monitor contracts and ensure its closure in terms of:
- Issuance of settlement statements for the suppliers and customers.
- Follow up the quality claims and productions rejects.
- Maintain business records and databases.
- Accountable for the completion of the end-2-end trading process, invoicing, costing, request payment to suppliers, follow on accounts receivables, others.
- Assist customers and suppliers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and prompt response.
- Supporting and advising the Commercial Team on trading terms.
- Liaise with the Finance department to follow up Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
- Assist Finance department answering queries and/or clarifications during the reconciliation process.

Experiences and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international commerce, or related field.
- Prior experience in import/export role preferably from international trading company
Competencies / attitude / skills: -
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and manage own workload and escalate issues in a timely manner within the members of the team.
- Familiar with customs procedure, import & export documentation (not excluding).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, curiosity, and interest to learn from our business and take on more responsibilities through the time.
- MS Office 365 proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint are required; Power BI, Teams, OneDrive, Smartsheet, and Dynamics 365 are a plus).
- Experience in logistics operations & knowledge of customer service will be an advantage. - Familiar with invoice management in an ERP will be an advantage.
Languages
- Fully bilingual, English/Spanish; written, verbal and able to proofread and translate written materials.
