We’re looking for the next generation of high-performing, post-graduate talents to take our company forward. +Móvil Graduate Program is management development program like no other, with real responsibility from day one.

What does the role involve?

+Móvil Graduate Program is a two-year program, where you’ll quickly be involved in a range of strategic projects, with lots of exposure to senior management. It’s fast-paced and challenging, but we’ll closely coach and mentor you. The program is split into 2 stages of work:

• First Year: Strategic Local projects (Content and approach depends on the Function: Finance, Commercial, IT)
• Second Year: Strategic Regional Project.

Graduates in the commercial track can be assigned to projects on different channels: B2B, B2C, Wholesale, Retail. Part of your responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Develop a channel strategy considering the changing conditions in the marketplace.
• Understand and document the business aspiration for the channel.
• Document and track the objective for the channel with timelines for achievement.
• Develop action plans to achieve the objectives.
• Complete a customer journey map.
• Work with commercial managers to develop the methodology for executing the long-term plan.
• Complete a SWOT analysis of the different strategies and come up with insights and recommendations.
