- Lead the Internal Audit Program, including:
- Develop Internal Audit Program in accordance with SBP rules and Internal policies.
- Lead the Internal Audit Analyst to implement audit projects, evaluate the sufficiency and validity of the internal control system.
- Have the capability to identify deficiencies that is valuable for this branch and provide improving recommendation.
- Draft the Internal Audit Report with high quality (English and Spanish); & thoroughly communicate with the Auditee (both Locals and Expiates), and try to come to an agreement on the Audit Report.
- Supervise compliance with the approved annual audit plans, ensure 100% completed, supervise the performance of the assigned work team members.
2. Implement Internal and External Findings Follow up, including:
- Periodically communicate and remind the responsible departments, to push the progress of findings correction.
- Collect, validate and document the supporting material;
- Report to the internal audit committee on the status of findings, for solving complex or cross-departments problems.
3.Organise Internal Audit Committee, including:
- Schedule the committee, and send committee notice.
- Develop the committee agenda, communicate and invite the relevant departments to comment.
- Prepare the presentation or report to the committee.
- Report to the Internal Audit committee.
- Draft the committee minutes (English and Spanish).
4. Organise lA Reports to SBP in accordance with the requirements;
5.Plan and supervise the training and continuing education activities of the internal audit units, conduct new employees training;
6.Manage the requirements of external auditors and regulatory bodies;
7.Report the Advance of the external audit and assist the areas with the delivery of information;
8.Coordinate communication with third parties (GLOADSO, SBP etc.);
9.Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, Head Office Guidelines, Manual of Policies and Procedures;
10.Other tasks assigned by the head of Internal Audit Department.
Requisitos
- High ethical standards.
- Meet any of the following conditions:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in internal/external audit, regulatory.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in:
- Corporate Finance, including Credit or Global Market.
- Or, Risk Management Department.
- Or, Information Technology.
- Well versed in regulatory regulations including: Banking agreements and laws issued by the SBP and others applicable to banking operations; and capable to communicate with SBP.
3.Have certain management experience.
