Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management and Risk Analysis: o Analyze and process sales and inventory data to identify risks, including long overdue inventory. Develop and implement management strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring timely clearance of obsolete stock.

2. S&OE Plan and Project Risk Management: o Analyze and organize S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) plan data. Identify project plan deviations and configuration risks, and develop strategies to adjust and align operations with business goals. Monitor the execution of these corrective measures and track progress for continuous improvement.

3. Support for Planning Teams: o Act as the planning specialist for the representative office, offering professional support, strategic insights, and data-driven services for all staff in the supply chain department.

4. Collaboration with Planning Committees: o Assist the Integrated Planning Manager in overseeing the operations of the level-3 planning committee, contributing to strategic decision-making and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives


Requisitos

Requirements:

• Supply Chain Expertise: Solid understanding of supply chain business concepts, processes, and rules.

• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to support decision-making.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data processing and reporting.

• Language Skills: Proficient in English as the working language, both written and spoken.

• Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges and evolving business needs.

• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, a serviceoriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
