Are you ready to take your financial expertise to the next level? Join us as a Regional Finance Specialist
for Latin America at Huawei and play a critical role in supporting subsidiaries across the region. We’re
looking for a highly motivated and strategic professional to join our dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Liquidity Management: Support subsidiaries across Latin America in maintaining their monetary
fund balance within management targets. Achieve goals through data analysis, risk warning,
collaboration with regional treasury departments, and the implementation of solutions.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting Operations: Oversee the consistent and accurate upload of Finance
Management reports (P&L, CF, BS, and NMA) into the system, ensuring completeness,
standardization, and rationality.
3. Organization and Minutes: Coordinate communications on Budget, Forecast, Biweekly, and
Round-Table meetings. Take detailed notes and ensure all workpapers are completed before
meeting minutes are shared.
4. Digitalization & Data Platform Management: Ensure data consistency between the system and
actual financial workpapers from subsidiaries.
5. Capability Improvement: Help strengthen the financial capabilities of subsidiaries in the region
by collecting feedback and facilitating improvements based on regional needs.
6. Financial Report Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial report deviations, price
adjustments, intercompany transactions, and exception analyses

Requisitos

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of financial principles, including familiarity with IFRS, local accounting standards in Latin America, and tax regulations.

• Proficiency with large-scale data processing tools like Excel and Power BI.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams, including finance, tax, CA, and treasury teams. • Strong execution skills, ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and managing deadlines effectively.

• Team-oriented, able to align individual goals with company objectives and drive continuous improvement.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt and manage new processes and tools.

• Fluency in English (working language). Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
