Huawei is seeking a Service and Software Product Manager to analyze telecom operators' needs, design tailored solutions, and lead the development of competitive service and software products. The role involves collaborating with both regional and global experts to address customer pain points, oversee project bidding, pricing, and ensure the deliverability of solutions. Candidates should have a background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications, with proficiency in relevant software tools and strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand Telecom Operators’ Needs: Develop a deep understanding of telecom operators’ business objectives and challenges. Analyze current network pain points and collaborate with regional headquarters and Huawei experts in China to deliver tailored, high-value service and software solutions. Provide clear value propositions and recommendations to address customer needs.

2. Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive product solutions. Oversee the entire process from project bidding and pricing to the formulation of competitive and deliverable product solutions. Ensure the technical and business competitiveness of all proposed solutions.

3. Project Coordination: Take the lead in managing cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of projects. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure that all aspects of the product lifecycle are aligned with client expectations.

4. Additional Duties: While the primary responsibilities are outlined above, the role may require involvement in other related tasks as directed by the team or management.


Requisitos

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Professional Knowledge: Solid understanding of service and software products, with the ability to apply this knowledge to address telecom operators' needs.

• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based tools. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
