Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sale and rental of high-end residential, commercial, and office properties.
- Conduct visits with clients to showcase properties and close sales.
- Actively search for new clients.
- Evaluate the market to determine effective sales strategies.
- Apply real estate acquisition techniques to enhance marketing and business strategy.
- Manage property prices according to market conditions and company standards.
- Attend real estate fairs as necessary.
- Travel abroad if required. Occasionally. American visa (Preferably)


Requisitos

Requirements:


- College Degree (preferably) , in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration,
Marketing and Sales, Psicology or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sector.
- Preferably own a car in good condition to move between company projects.
- Fluency in conversational English (Intermediate level).
- Age between 25 and 50 years.
- Preferably female, although all applications will be considered.
- Nationality indifferent, but with a Panamanian valid working permit.

- Ability to communicate effectively and establish interpersonal relationships.

- Competitive market monthly base salary plus commissions.
- Commission for rentals: 50% (of 1 month's rent) with broker, 100% without broker.
- Commission for sales: 0.75% (of the property's sale price) with broker, 1.5% without
broker.

- Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. (flexible working offices).
